ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Betina per 4 notti, in occasione del Rolex Masters di Montecarlo. Tutto è esattamente come nella descrizione; pulizia impeccabile, facilità d'accesso, dispensa... read more fornita di prodotti base e cucina completa di elettrodomestici. La posizione è centrale, vicina alla stazione e alla zona pedonale ricca di negozi; a poche centinaia di metri un comodo Carrefour per fare la spese.
Una stella in più per l'accoglienza ricevuta all'arrivo da Marco, professionale e amichevole nella descrizione dell'appartamento e prezioso per i consigli utili a trascorrere una rilasssante vacanza nella splendida Mentone.

Un arrêt d’autobus est situé en avant de l’immeuble et la gare est à l’arrière: c’est génial pour visiter la côte d’Azur. C’est un endroit tranquille, sécuritaire et très bien insonorisé. La vue sur le port de Garavan est à clouter le souffle.
Nous étions deux couples avec un bébé d’un an et l’espace est amplement suffisant. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement. Merci mille fois Marco!

Biggest and actually cheapest supermarket is 5 mins from apartment, bus stop is one min to go. Apartment itself is very clean and well equipped, as we leaved there for month, we cooked a lot, wash clothes etc, we found everything for it in the flat. But I would also like to highlight the host Marco, he was so friendly, was always ready to help us with every question or request as fast as he could. His warm manner and this beautiful flat makes us feel as at home. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone who would like to feel comfy on Riviera!

The place was perfectly renovated. Clean, prepared and... read more ready to live in. It’s also directly on the beachfront. The only thing not perfect is a bit of street noise from cars and mostly motorbikes.

But the view more than makes up for it and we spent great times on the balcony!

It was also the best equipped place I’ve ever been in; every kitchen utensil one needs, towels, soaps, washing liquid, dish tablets, sugar, cooking oils, coffee capsules, etc. The place was livable from the first minute as it was prepared very thoughtfully. While other places do have some items, I don’t recall any being so thoughtfully prepared.

Regarding Marco, he was amazingly friendly, responsive, flexible and hospitable. Almost like it was his mission to make our holiday great. I would gladly stay any place he manages.

We are already starting to plan next year’s visit. Thanks Marco

The location was excellent right next to the marina, only a 15 minute walk from the center on the beautiful promenade. I highly recommend
going to menton and checking out this apartment.

  Excellent quality apartment in a nice building. Ideal if you want something modern and fairly minimal. Well equipped and recently refurbished - it shows. The dual aspect windows over the... read more sea are lovely and the balcony is small but nice. We dealt with host, Marco, who was great and speaks several languages. Very helpful and professional, though we had little need to call on him as the place is so well sorted out. The only downside is the traffic noise on the road. The double glazed doors keep the noise out, but this means you may want them closed most of the time. Oh and the light switches will drive you mad. Everything else about it - great.

  We had a great time staying at Pascal's place; Marco (the contact) was very friendly and accomodating!
