The place was perfectly renovated. Clean, prepared and... read more ready to live in. It’s also directly on the beachfront. The only thing not perfect is a bit of street noise from cars and mostly motorbikes.

But the view more than makes up for it and we spent great times on the balcony!

It was also the best equipped place I’ve ever been in; every kitchen utensil one needs, towels, soaps, washing liquid, dish tablets, sugar, cooking oils, coffee capsules, etc. The place was livable from the first minute as it was prepared very thoughtfully. While other places do have some items, I don’t recall any being so thoughtfully prepared.

Regarding Marco, he was amazingly friendly, responsive, flexible and hospitable. Almost like it was his mission to make our holiday great. I would gladly stay any place he manages.

The view from the large balcony is stunning and we sat on here every night for hours chatting and drinking wine.

Menton is a beautiful town with many good restaurants and a family friendly feel.

Marco was an amazing host, we had complicated arrival times with flight delays and our party of 4 turning up at different times during a very busy formula 1 weekend. When our train was cancelled, Marco offered to pick us up from Menton station and take us to the apartment.

We will definitely be back and recommend this apartment to family and friends.

He met us at the door and showed us around. Any time I needed something, he responded within minutes. Plus the place is super clean.
There is a market right down the street, making it easy to buy food and cook at home. Kitchen is well stocked so easy to make home cooked meals and avoid the expensive restaurants. Overall great place - be prepared for some hilly walks, but its worth it!

Very helpful and professional, though we had little need to call on him as the place is so well sorted out. The only downside is the traffic noise on the road. The double glazed doors keep the noise out, but this means you may want them closed most of the time. Oh and the light switches will drive you mad. Everything else about it - great.

At night you fall asleep to the sound of waves lapping along the shoreline. You are within walking distance to everything in Menton and Roquebrune. A couple of foodstores are mere minutes away. At the end of the day, take a walk along the boardwalk back to the apartment after a perfect day in Menton.

Marco welcomed us personally, showed us around and gave... read more us tips. The apartment is great, especially because of the view and super facilities. Attention was paid to the smallest details, e.g. a hair straightener, music box for the cell phone, books/games, etc.
The underground parking lot in this area is important. We took the nearby train to get to Formula 1 during the day. The train stops directly at the race track and was not nearly as crowded as the one from Nice.
